“Rich and transformative lessons with lasting impact”

I began practicing Pilates after many years without exercise and with lots of apprehension about developing my own internal strength. Erika welcomed me into her studio and astutely supported me as I began my journey into body and mind wellbeing. Her profound insights into developmental movement, anatomy and breath coupled with her decades-long experience with Classical Pilates provide rich and transformative lessons with lasting impact.”

“Vast knowledge and insightful teaching style”

Erika's vast knowledge and insightful teaching style works well with students regardless of their experience with Pilates, level of mobility, age, or any other demographic you can think of. She has a deep understanding of Pilates, body mechanics, movement, psychology, communication, and compassion. She helps her students build strength and awareness. Whether they've been doing Pilates for nearly 30 years, like I have, are a teacher, are just starting, or are somewhere in between.”
